Our products have been bringing benefits to our customers
since 2000 -- handling hundred's of thousands of calls.
NetGlo's aim is to deliver a suite of products and services that deliver the
most attractive alternative to execute business processes in our target
markets.
Our initial focus is supply chain management in the Wholesale, Manufacturing and
Distribution sector. Speech is the easiest and most natural form of human
communication. NetGlo's products give our
customers the means of accessing information, processing transactions, and
routing telephone calls using natural language speech.
While speech-recognition systems have been around since the early 1970's,
up until recently, the technology has been immature and expensive. Recent
breakthroughs in speech- recognition engines, combined with NetGlo's
innovative technology, have not only made speech-recognition reliable, but
affordable as well.
The NetGlo Team
NetGlo's development team has extensive experience in designing enterprise
class systems with particular emphasis on speech-recognition technologies
with companies such as Verizon, Ericsson Inc., Bank of America and Toshiba.
This expertise extends to call flow design, human factors engineering, and
the building of custom speech-recognition grammars to maximize accuracy and
to meet a wide range of business rules. The development team has compiled a
well-tested and flexible software framework that uniquely positions NetGlo
to rapidly build and deploy speech-recognition systems for a vast array of
industries.
